Jennifer Pickett, CFO of Cipriani Energy Group, attended NYS Senator Pat Fahy’s Open House to congratulate her on her Senate win and discuss renewable energy priorities. Fahy, a longtime environmental advocate, has led efforts to support New York’s transition to clean energy.
At the event, Pickett spoke with Fahy about challenges in siting community solar projects, which are key to expanding clean energy. She also met newly elected Assembly Member Gabriella Romero to introduce Cipriani Energy and discuss solar opportunities.
Looking ahead, Pickett proposed a legislative day with Cipriani Energy’s leadership to push for policies that streamline solar project approvals and improve New York’s energy infrastructure.
