Whether in the Board room or on-site construction, he is comfortable working with teams to bring about success. He utilizes creative thinking, analysis, risk assessment and planning to create successful strategies for businesses and non-profit organizations. Dana has a deep understanding of organizational development which he learned through decades of experience as a leader in a variety of roles.
Kartik has an Electrical Engineer background and holds a MS in Engineering and Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia. He has developed and constructed over 10 MWs of commercial solar projects. He is responsible for overseeing and administrating Engineering, Development, Procurement and Construction of community solar scale projects at our organization.
After 10 years consulting throughout Asia for Fortune 500 companies and small to medium sized businesses in marketing and company training capacities, Michael Quinn returned to the United States to take part in the solar energy revolution driven by passions for sustainable energy technologies and reducing humanity’s carbon footprint. Michael has Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Michael seeks to combine his knowledge and experience to help electricity consumers save money while preserving a healthy environment for generations to come.
10+ years serving the photovoltaic industry and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainable Living have helped Dryden cultivate the skills, knowledge, passion, and experience that make him an exceptional front-end solar developer. Dryden has served Residential, C&I (Commercial & Industrial), and Community Solar sectors in installation and management roles. His past three years as the site superintendent of multi-megawatt community solar projects have refined his understanding of the qualities that make a piece of land suitable for ground-mounted solar. He knows how to maximize a site’s energy-generating potential while limiting disturbance to the natural setting. Dryden’s zeal for environmental sustainability drives him to discover suitable land and plan thoughtful solar projects that will help the world meet its ever-increasing need for clean energy.
Thomas has a BS in Sustainable Energy Management from SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry. He has worked on various sizes of community solar projects throughout New York in subscriber acquisition, electrical construction, and supervisory roles. He is responsible for ensuring that potential sites meet all environmental, geophysical, legal, and economic considerations. Thomas is excited to aid Cipriani in our continued efforts toward country energy goals.
Nelia is a versatile accounting professional with over 10 years of experience in various companies in Dubai, Philippines, Canada, and the USA. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with expertise in financial reporting. She is responsible for end-to-end accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy and up-to-datedness of financial records, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. She also maintains compliance with accounting principles and company procedures. She plays an essential role in maintaining financial integrity and providing valuable insights for effective decision-making

Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting which has given him a great foundation in bookkeeping, accounting, and finance. He has experience managing multiple projects, developing, and streamlining procedures, and finding innovative, cost-effective solutions. Has a keen ability in strong client relationship management, proven results, outstanding operations expertise and demonstrated accounting, bookkeeping and project management ability.
Chris Stroud, friend, collaborator, but above all an incredible human being. Your time in this world was too brief but incredibly meaningful. You always lived to the fullest, seeking to improve yourself, with a tireless thirst for learning, a born leader who inspired and transmitted your knowledge in an open and unselfish way to your team.
