Lorenzo Cipriani was born in 1965 in Sezze (Lazio – Italy). He is the founder, President and CEO of Cipriani Energy Group, a company in the renewable energy sector, specialised in solar photovoltaic. His career began in Italy, in the construction and real estate industry.

Graduate in Social Communication and Journalism, with a specialization in Communication for Development, with more than 25 years of experience. She has worked in government, private, and non-governmental institutions and with participation in international organizations.

She is a founding partner of Grupo Sol Real, from the beginning she was in charge of the Public Relations of the company, currently she is the Vice President of the Group.

Juan Sebastian is an Industrial Engineer with a Master's in Business Administration and 30 years of executive experience in several industries: Energy, Oil and Gas, Beer, Oilseeds Processing, various countries, USA, Brazil, and other Latam, and multimillion-dollar companies: PETROBRAS, INBEV, and ADM (Archer Daniels Midland). Passionate about renewable energies, leader of many distribution businesses, and founder of several ventures. Strong Business Development professional skilled in Negotiation, Business Strategy, Planning, Logistics and Management. His goal is to safeguard and increase the profitability and efficiency of CIPRIANI ENERGY GROUP Operations to facilitate accelerated development and long-term success.

Dana has thirty years combined experience in finance, investing, insurance, construction, solar, and real estate, just to name a few.

Whether in the boardroom or on-site construction, he is comfortable working with teams to bring about success. He utilizes creative thinking, analysis, risk assessment and planning to create successful strategies for businesses and non-profit organizations.

Dana has a deep understanding of organizational development which he learned through decades of experience as a leader in a variety of roles.

Jen has a broad spectrum of experience including over 15 years in financial services.

A Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of New York, she has worked extensively in solar finance, building profitability models, and collaborating with financial partners to build over $100 million of solar projects in the United States.

She is a former member of the Board of Directors for the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and has taught forensic accounting, tax, and finance at the college level. Jen holds a master’s degree in Accounting from New York State’s University at Albany, and a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Fernando Velasquez as the Project Director, is responsible for overseeing the development, and construction of solar projects, managing project timelines, budgets, and teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with stakeholders. In 2005, he joined Zamperla Group as a Senior Executive and Project Manager, where he developed and built amusement parks. For 14 years, he has served as the General Manager of Luna Park in Coney. 

He holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering and an M.B.A. in Business Strategy and has held senior leadership positions in Italy, Spain, and Argentina.

Kartik has an Electrical Engineer background and holds a MS in Engineering and Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia. He has developed and constructed over 10 MWs of commercial solar projects. He is responsible for overseeing and administrating Engineering, Development, Procurement and Construction of community solar scale projects at our organization.

After 10 years consulting throughout Asia for Fortune 500 companies and small to medium sized businesses in marketing and company training capacities, Michael Quinn returned to the United States to take part in the solar energy revolution driven by passions for sustainable energy technologies and reducing

Michael has Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Michael seeks to combine his knowledge and experience to help electricity consumers  save money while preserving a healthy environment for generations to come.

Saul has a BS in Electromechanical Engineering from the Technological University of Panama. Saul is a dedicated professional with experience in the community solar sector industry as a designer of solar arrays, making sure we comply with local and national code. In addition to design work, Saul has been responsible for creating detailed technical specifications for purchases, ensuring that all procurement processes meet the highest standards to guarantee compliance and quality, contributing to the successful implementation of numerous solar projects.

As Senior Solar Development Specialist, Domenico Padovano is responsible for the technical choices in the development and design of complex solar projects in the United States.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and has gained experience in all phases of photovoltaic energy projects, from feasibility studies to development, design, construction, and commissioning.

For over 20 years, he has worked in the field of renewable energy in Italy, Central America, and the Caribbean.

With over 10 years in the photovoltaic industry and a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Living, Dryden excels as a front-end solar developer. His experience spans Residential, C&I, and Community Solar sectors, including three years as site superintendent for multi-megawatt projects.

Dryden understands the qualities that make land suitable for solar, maximizing energy generation while minimizing environmental impact. Driven by a passion for sustainability, he is dedicated to identifying optimal sites and planning solar projects to meet the growing demand for clean energy.

Thomas has a BS in Sustainable Energy Management from SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry. He has worked on various sizes of community solar projects throughout New York in subscriber acquisition, electrical construction, and supervisory roles. He is responsible for ensuring that potential sites meet all environmental, geophysical, legal, and economic considerations.

Thomas is excited to aid Cipriani in our continued efforts toward country energy goals.

Ignacio holds a BS in Finance and Management from YHC and an MBA in Applied Finance from the University of Illinois Springfield.

With a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and management, he has accumulated extensive experience in developing financial models, forecasting, and analyzing financial data.

Ignacio is excited to apply his knowledge, contribute to Cipriani's financial strategy, and help drive informed decision-making to support the company’s growth and success.

Nelia is a versatile accounting professional with over 10 years of experience in various companies in Dubai, Philippines, Canada, and the USA.

She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with expertise in financial reporting. She is responsible for end-to-end accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy and up-to-datedness of financial records, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. She also maintains compliance with accounting principles and company procedures. She plays an essential role in maintaining financial integrity and providing valuable insights for effective decision-making

12 years working as an accountant for real estate and construction businesses in the USA and Australia. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting which has given him a great foundation in bookkeeping, accounting, and finance. He has experience managing multiple projects, developing, and streamlining procedures, and finding innovative, cost-effective solutions. Has a keen ability in strong client relationship management, proven results, outstanding operations expertise and demonstrated accounting, bookkeeping and project management ability.

Chris Stroud, friend, collaborator, but above all an incredible human being. Your time in this world was too brief but incredibly meaningful. You always lived to the fullest, seeking to improve yourself, with a tireless thirst for learning, a born leader who inspired and transmitted your knowledge in an open and unselfish way to your team. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication, you have left a huge mark on those of us who had the privilege to know you.

The first contact we had with Chris was in 2018, beyond speaking the same language, there was a synergy, compatibility and spontaneous understanding, we knew he was the right person we were looking for and we always thank God for putting him on our path. He was our man of trust who shaped Cipriani Energy Group, an honest collaborator and an impeccable professional. Your sudden departure leaves a huge void in our hearts and in the company, it is and will be a difficult space to fill. We will honor your memory through all that you shared. As Cipriani Energy Group Family, we embrace every teaching imparted and we will always be grateful for all that you gave.
