Please take note of the following Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which collectively constitute an agreement between you and Cipriani Energy Group (“the Company” or “we”) regarding the use of our web platforms (including the website, mobile site, etc.). By using our web platforms, you consent to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) and agree to be bound by them. This Agreement does not require signatures, and by using the web platforms or clicking the “I agree” button, you accept and agree to abide by this Agreement. By accessing, browsing, or using our web platforms in any way, you represent that you are an adult capable of entering into this Agreement or a minor acting with the knowledge and consent of your parent/legal guardian, who is also bound by the Agreement. The web platforms and all content on them, including images, photographs, literature, code, text, illustrations, video and audio recordings, logos, and any copyrightable material, are owned by or licensed to the Company and/or authorized third parties. All content generated by users or third parties is deemed assigned to the Company without limitation and considered proprietary content. The Company reserves the right to modify, add, change, amend, or remove any content at any time at its sole discretion without notice or liability. Unauthorized use or dissemination of any content on our web platforms is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement, entitling the Company to impose penalties and/or damages.

You are responsible for knowing the laws of your country and making informed decisions about using the services provided on our web platforms. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of our web platforms or from changes in the law or legal interpretations. You waive all rights to seek compensation, penalties, or damages from the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement, either prospectively or retrospectively. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically, which will be made available on our web platforms. You agree that no further notice is required other than posting the revised Agreement.

The Company or its authorized third parties may request verification documents and additional measures, such as audio or video calls or physical address verification. If the Company perceives any risk of impersonation or illegal activity, it may notify the authorities or take necessary security measures. You agree to indemnify the Company for all consequences arising from your actions or inactions.
